Terms and Conditions

YourOnline.UK Services

  1. Services are provided on a contractual basis. This set of terms outlines the basis of our contract with you.
  2. Software development requires an understanding of your requirements. We will meet with you to discuss your requirements.
  3. We will provide an estimate for the work required to achieve your requirements.
  4. We meet with you periodically to assess progress and accept new requirements that may extend the production scope of the project.
  5. There are three parts to every project:
    • Dev Ops engineering - publishing work to repositories and servers
    • Frontend Development - design, styling and content publishing
    • Backend Development - databases, security and modules that store and change data
  6. We will provide you with a subdomain to approve work in progress. Progress will be posted to this site for your review. For frontend sites, we can usually provide updates on a daily basis.
  7. We can provide a domain name and configure it on your behalf. Or we can advise you on DNS settings for you to configure in your domain registry.
  8. We can provide hosting on cloud servers. Software developed is available in a GitHub private repository that you can access and implement on your own servers. We may provide a staging server to test and approve the next version prerelease.
  9. Initial engagement requires an agreement in an Email to info@softwareantelope.com. Intial engagement is normally paid in advance before work commences. We will provide you with a contract to sign and invoice for payment.
  10. Established clients may continue to be billed on a monthly or weekly basis. Payment of invoices on agreed terms.
  11. Software development is delivered on a client acceptance basis. We will also provide a suite of tests to verify that the software continues to work as each update is published on the staging server. We expect a 100% test pass rate.
  12. Software tests are part of the development process. Bug discovery and resolution is part of the development process. No warrenty is provided for bugs after the software is published so it is important to test the software. Our developers will test software at a functional level, and test the software functions as expected.
  13. We can not accept liability for software that fails to match expectations, but any bugs that are reported will be addressed with urgency. Bugs must be reported on writing via the supplied chat support and/or email.

YourOnline.app Applications

  1. Free Website development terms
    1. We sign a contract with you to start development
    2. Free Website also provided a free hosted domain YOURNAME.youronline.app (or another avaiable domain)
    3. You agree to provide content by email for a minium of three pages and select a prepared colour theme
    4. You agree to either subscribe to our Cloud Hosting subscription, or to Cadence-CRM at the PRO/PREMIUM level
    5. Free Website development is a limited service and does not include any API integrations or custom development
    6. YOURNAME.youronline.app hosted domain becomes your staging approval site when you own domain is connected
    7. Our refund policy is simple, request removal and your site will be deleted.
    8. There is no refund available for hosting fees which are paid in advance.
  2. Cloud Hosting Service
    1. Free/Paid websites are Cloud hosted on our server
    2. Cloud Hosting is a monthly subscription service
    3. Cloud Hosting is a limited service and does not include any API integrations or custom development but these are available to hosting clients
    4. Cloud Hosting is provided on an As-Is supported service. We experience 99.99% uptime and expect you will too, but offer no guarantee
    5. Cloud Hosting is provided on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time by cancelling your subscription
    6. Cancelled Subscriptions may be restarted by restarting a subscription, your site is archived and you can download it to host it elsewhere
    7. You may request your data be removed from our servers, permanently.
    8. You are provided with our Cloud Service for business sites that we build with you. Your site content must be legal and may be subject to removal if we are asked to removed it by a legal authority.
    9. In rare cases, abusive actions, behaviour or software may result in the suspension or cancellation of your Cloud Hosting subscription
    10. We reserve the right to load balance your service and will advise if you exceed the limits with options for increased bandwidth to provide you with scaling.
  3. Cadence-CRM
    1. Cadence-CRM is a monthly subscription service
    2. Cadence-CRM is a limited service and does not include any API integrations or custom development but these are available to CRM clients
    3. Cadence-CRM is provided on an As-Is supported service. We experience 99.99% uptime and expect you will too, but offer no guarantee
    4. Cadence-CRM is provided on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time by cancelling your subscription
    5. Cancelled Subscriptions may be restarted by restarting a subscription, your data is archived and you can download it to host it elsewhere
    6. You may request your data be removed from our servers, permanently.
    7. You are provided with our Cadence-CRM Service for business sites that we build with you. Your data must be legal and may be subject to removal if we are asked to removed it by a legal authority.

    2. Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time by cancelling your subscription
    3. Cancelled Subscriptions may be restarted by restarting a subscription, your data is archived and you can download it to host it elsewhere
    4. You may request your data be removed from our servers, permanently.
    5. You are provided with our services for business sites that we build with you. Your data must be legal and may be subject to removal if we are asked to removed it by a legal authority.
    6. In rare cases, abusive actions, behaviour or software may result in the suspension or cancellation of your subscription
    7. We reserve the right to load balance your service and will advise if you exceed the limits with options for increased bandwidth to provide you with scaling.
